I agree, I saw yesterday a mosaic on the wall under a bridge in Bryn Mawr Avenue. It was glittery...I have to take a picture next time...
it's hard to say whether or not one is artwork, because art is hard to define. it depande on how your position is.
It is a very interesting mosaic. It is a very delicate art.
Mosaic is a great art media. Any one can make mosaic, they just need to spend times and heart to do it, and they became beautiful.
